For schools

Software built around how your school actually runs.

One record for each family across admissions, tuition, and the messages you send home. The routine emails draft themselves in your school’s voice. Built and run by a small studio, not a national vendor, and you own the code and the data.

We already build and run the software for JETS, a private school. Same idea: one system for how the school actually works, owned by the school.

Drafted by the system, approved by you
One record: admissions, tuition, and every message home.
1 · One family record

Admissions, tuition, and comms over one record.

Most schools run one tool for tuition, another for grades, a third for messages home. None of them know all three about the same family at the same time. Put one record under everything and the software finally knows what it is writing about.

An admissions decision meeting
The brief already carries sibling history and prior financial-aid status.
A tuition reminder goes out
The draft knows about the recent absences and the conference next week.
A teacher opens a student
Last year's notes from prior teachers are already there.
Re-enrollment season starts
Each note is written in a tone that knows where the family stands on tuition.
The board wants a report
It drafts itself from live admissions, tuition, and retention numbers. You review it.

The system drafts. You approve before anything goes home.

2 · Built around your school

The system runs the routine for you.

A new inquiry becomes a tour, an application, a decision, an enrollment, a tuition plan, a student record, and next year’s re-enrollment, and each step flows on its own. The routine emails, late-tuition reminders, absence notes, conference scheduling, draft themselves in your school’s voice. Less typing, less remembering, more room for the actual work of running a school.

A school already runs on it

We build and run the software for JETS, a private school.

Their admissions, their families, their communications, all in one system built around how the school works, not bent around a vendor’s dashboard. The school owns its code and its data. That is the same thing we would build for you.

What happens when you say yes

Three steps, no leap of faith.

1

Thirty minutes, one messy week.

Bring your last batch of parent emails and a recent re-enrollment report. We find where the day is leaking, together.

2

We build around your routines.

Your workflows, your school's voice, your records moved in for you. Your old tools keep running beside it until you sign off.

3

The school owns it.

The code and the data are yours, in writing. The routine starts running itself, and we stay on it with you.

3 · Switching is easy

We move your data. You don’t lift a finger.

Whatever you are on today, we move your active families, students, and tuition history into your new system first. We do not rip out your old tools on day one. They keep running side by side until you have signed off on every record.

  • Nothing is imported until you have reviewed it.
  • Your data is encrypted both while moving and while stored.
  • A privacy agreement is signed before anything moves.
  • The old exports are deleted once you are live.

Pricing is fixed and quoted to your build. You will know the number before anything starts, and it is one line item your board can approve.

Your school is not generic. Your software shouldn’t be either.

Thirty minutes on a call, or ninety on campus if you are in LA. Bring your last batch of parent emails and a recent re-enrollment report. We will look for where the day is leaking and whether this can pay for itself within the school year. No pitch, I listen first.
