We do the marketing for HVAC companies, so your next customer finds you.

Before they call anyone, they look you up. We run all of it for you every month: your website, your Google listing, your reviews, and the customers you already had.

Everything we run for you, every month.

  • Your website, looked after

Built for your business, hosted, kept up to date, and set up so Google can read it.

  • Your Google listing, kept current

Photos, hours, services and posts, so the listing people check first is never stale.

  • Two new website pages a month

Each one about a job you do or a neighborhood you serve, at your own web address.

  • Reviews asked for and answered

After every job your customer gets a text asking for a review. We answer every review, good or bad.

  • One email a month to past customers

A useful tip, a seasonal reminder or a deal, with your name on it, so you are the one they remember.

Your part: send job photos when you have them. Without Hausstack Pro, one text tells us a job is done. That is all of it.

Your phone, 8:12 pm. Handled.

You finished the job at five and went home. By the end of dinner, this is what we did with it.

AC died on the hottest day of the year. They came the next morning and had it running by lunch.

Thank you, Kevin. Nobody should sit through a heat wave without air. Call us any time.

A tune-up now beats a breakdown in July

Hi Kevin,

Every summer the first heat wave brings the same calls: an AC that ran fine all spring and quit the day everyone needed it.

If your system is over twelve years old, blows warm on the first hot day, or you cannot remember the last filter change, book a tune-up now while there is still time on the calendar.

Thanks for having us out last year.

Sam, Coolbrook Heating & Air

Book a tune-up
One a month, to your own past customers. Unsubscribe any time.

What your customers search for.

Each new page on your website answers one of these, written for the area you work in. Examples:

  • AC not cooling
  • AC repair same day
  • furnace not turning on
  • heat pump installation cost
  • AC tune-up price
  • ductless mini split cost

A year of emails.

One a month to everyone you have worked for, timed to your season. A sample year:

  1. SpringTune-ups before the first heat wave
  2. SummerAC repairs, and when replacing beats fixing
  3. FallFurnace checks before the first cold night
  4. WinterHeat pumps and the rebates that come with them

How one job brings in the next.

  1. 4:40 PM
    The job is finished

You close it out in Hausstack. Without Pro, one text to us does it.

  2. 5:15 PM
    Your customer gets a text

A thank you, and a link that opens your Google listing ready for a review.

  3. 7:40 PM
    The review lands

Written while the work is still fresh, which is when people are happiest to write one.

  4. 8:10 AM
    The reply goes up

The next morning, in your voice, the way you chose: after your OK, or without bothering you.

The next homeowner who looks you up reads that review, sees that you answered it, and calls.

Add more when you want it.

None of these are in the plan. Each one is priced on its own, and you can start or stop any of them any month.

  • Google ads, run by us

We build the campaigns and watch them every week. You pay Google directly for the clicks.

  • Missed calls texted back

Keep your number. Miss a call and the caller gets a text within seconds, and their answer comes to your phone.

  • Four short videos a month

You film a minute at a job. We edit it, add captions and post it.

  • Two photo posts a month

You send job photos. We write and post them on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Two extra website pages

Four new pages a month instead of two, so you cover your area faster.

  • Not sure which you need?

Tell us about your business. We will say straight what is worth it for you and what is not.

Straight answers.

  • What will the new pages be about for an HVAC company?

The jobs you want more of, in the neighborhoods you work in. AC repair, heat pumps, furnaces, tune-up plans: you tell us what pays best, and that is what we write about.

  • Can the monthly email sell maintenance plans?

Yes. A reminder before summer and before winter is the natural time to offer a tune-up or a plan, and it goes to people who already let you into their house.

  • Who is Hausstack Marketing for?

Contractors who work in people's homes: electricians, plumbers, HVAC companies and roofers. It is built for owner-run businesses that are good at the work and have no time to do their own marketing.

  • What do I get each month?

For $750 a month ($600 with Hausstack Pro): your website looked after, your Google listing kept current, two new pages on your website, a review asked for after every job and every review answered, and one email to your past customers. Prices as of November 2026.

  • What does first month free mean?

You pay nothing for your first month. After that it is $750 a month, or $600 if you have Hausstack Pro. Month to month, cancel any month.

  • Do I need Hausstack Pro?

No. Marketing works on its own. With Pro it is $600 instead of $750, because we see a job close in your software and there is nothing for you to tell us.

  • Do I get a website too?

Yes. Your website is part of the plan: built for your business if you need a new one, hosted, kept up to date, and set up so Google can read it.

  • What do I have to do?

Send job photos when you have them. Without Pro, send us a text when a job is done. That is all of it.

  • Who are the monthly emails going to?

Your own past customers, nobody else. We never buy a list and we never email a stranger for you. Every email has your name on it and a way to stop getting them.

  • Where do the new pages live?

On your own website, at your own address, so the credit goes to your site and not to us.

  • Will anything post without me seeing it?

Only if you choose that. See every reply first, let the good ones go out without bothering you, or watch for a month and then hand it over. A reply to a bad review always waits for you.

  • Do you post on social media or run ads?

If you want us to. Photo posts, short videos and Google ads are add-ons, priced on their own. We go through them on the call.

  • Is there a contract?

No long one. It is month to month and you can cancel any month.
