The challenge

Nine tools to run a portfolio. Endless copy-paste.

The operator was running on Yardi for core data, a separate maintenance ticketing app, a rent collection portal, spreadsheets for vendor management, email for tenant communication, QuickBooks for accounting, plus three more single-purpose tools. Simple questions ("How much rent did we collect in Unit 4B this year?") required pulling from three systems. Tenants complained about slow maintenance responses. Vendors complained about paperwork.
